i saw a small caterpillar.

living in a bottle.
or rather i assumed that it was kept in the bottle against its will.

Everyday this little gal will feed it with grass.
Heaps of grass.
N its duty or task or the only thing that it could do is to eat up all the grass.
and be a fat n chubby caterpillar, so that in the future it can be a beautiful butterfly.

I cant read a caterpillar's mind.
but i hope it has a simple mind.
n it'll juz eat.

Maybe it is thankful to the little gal.
coz she kept it frm hunger.
and maybe cold, as the bottle that it is living, it's minature.

So it will try to finish all the grass.
For the leftover grass will rot in 24 hours' time.

And the gal will get the wrong signal.
As the caterpillar will finish all the grass in 24 hrs' time.
So she thought that it must be really hungry.
So she'll replenish n put in more grass.
N it'll eat them up.
N she'll replenish them.

She doesnt noe.

It couldnt tell her.

they do not know.

If both of them noe that after the caterpillar has morphed into a butterfly,

no matter how beautiful it'll be,

the life will end in 3 days' time.

But it still couldnt tell her.

n she still doesnt know.

n i saw a caterpillar in a bottle,

but i walked away.
